PrivacyPolicy

Frank's Musik Services LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of visitors, students and parents. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

1. Information you give us

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message are sent to us by email at [email protected] through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message on to us. We use it only to reply to you.

Student sign-up, lesson scheduling, lesson notes, practice logs and billing happen in Bb Studio (bflatstudio.com), a separate service. Information you enter there is handled by Bb Studio under its own privacy policy. We do not see your password or card details.

2. Information collected automatically

This website does not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies. It does use the chat and voice assistant described in section 3 and the analytics described in section 4. Like any website, the host's servers may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.

3. Chat and voice assistant

This website offers an AI chat and voice assistant provided by ElevenLabs. If you use it, what you type or say, and the assistant's replies, are sent to ElevenLabs so it can respond. Voice use needs your browser's microphone permission, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time. ElevenLabs may also receive technical information about your device and browser, and handles it under its own privacy policy (elevenlabs.io/privacy). Conversations may be transcribed or stored to run and improve the service. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information with the assistant.

4. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, such as which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, the approximate area visitors come from, and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and sends this information to Google. We have switched off Google's advertising features, and we do not send names, email addresses or the contents of your messages to it. Analytics is turned off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can also block it by disabling cookies in your browser or by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

5. How we use information

• To answer your questions and provide lessons and related services
• To schedule and manage lessons, and to bill for them through Bb Studio
• To keep the website working and secure, and to understand how it is used so we can improve it
• To meet legal obligations

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run lessons and the website (for example Bb Studio), when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.

7. Lesson recordings

Lessons are recorded only with consent. No consent means no recording. Internal use consent means recordings are used for training, student review or documentation only. Full consent also allows promotional use such as on social media or this website. Consent forms can be changed at any time in writing.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law or student recordkeeping requires it.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 without a parent or guardian. Students who are minors take lessons with parental consent, and parents have full access to the student portal. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.

10. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected].

11. Third-party links

This site links to other websites, including Bb Studio, Spotify, Apple Music and social networks. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
