Invoices are automatically generated and delivered on schedule—no need to request or chase them. Autopay is available for those who prefer set-it-and-forget-it convenience, but always optional. Every charge, credit, and discount is fully visible in the Student Portal for complete transparency. Pay securely with any major credit/debit card or ACH, and manage everything in one place, anytime.

Our teachers are just a message away—available via Microsoft Teams chat or email, using company-issued accounts. This ensures all communication stays professional, private, and secure. By keeping everything within our monitored systems, we uphold strict boundaries and protect against any form of misconduct. Frank’s Musik proudly supports military families with a 15% discount on all lesson plans, available to active-duty service members, veterans, and parents or guardians of students with military ties. This ongoing discount applies to both Pay-Per-Lesson and Prepaid plans and extends to the verified student or household, along with priority access to exclusive military appreciation offers and events.

Referral Program

Refer a friend and earn rewards—no special link needed! When your friend signs up and lists your name, email, or phone, we’ll waive their $35 registration fee. After they complete 4 paid lessons, you’ll both receive a $25 credit toward future lessons. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer—share the music and keep earning!

FAQs

Our most frequently asked questions are answered below to help parents feel confident and informed every step of the way.

  • Can I access my child’s lesson information and progress?

    Yes. Parents have full access to the Student Portal to view lesson notes, practice logs, schedules, and billing. If a minor wishes to access the portal independently, written parental consent is required.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

    Yes. You can cancel lessons without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance. Reschedules must be requested at least one week in advance. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) are marked as "Absent, No Make-Up" and are not eligible for a credit or refund, unless an emergency is approved.

  • Is there a penalty for late payments?

    Yes. Payments not received by the 5th of the month incur a 15% late fee on the total amount due.

  • Is my child required to purchase any lesson books or materials?

    No. All required materials are included. While additional books or resources may be suggested to support your child’s progress, purchases are never mandatory.

  • What platform do you use for online lessons, and what equipment is needed?

    We use FarPlay for high-quality, real-time online music lessons. For best results, we recommend a laptop or desktop with a wired internet connection, external microphone, and headphones. Phones and tablets may not deliver the same performance.

  • Are lessons recorded, and how is consent handled?

    Lessons are only recorded if consent is given.

    • No Consent = No recording.
    • Internal Use Consent = Recordings may be used for training, student review, or documentation purposes only.
    • Full Consent = Recordings may also be used for promotional content on social media, websites, etc.

    Consent forms must be signed and can be updated at any time in writing.

  • How do I know if my child is making progress?

    Instructors provide Lesson Notes after each session, accessible in the Student Portal. You can also track your child’s practice habits using the built-in Practice Log.

  • How do I terminate services for my child?

    To cancel lessons, send an email to info@franksmusik.com at least two weeks before the next billing date or final lesson, whichever comes first.

  • How can I communicate with my child’s instructor?

    All communication must go through official channels. Instructors are reachable via their company-provided email addresses and through Microsoft Teams. Personal phone numbers, texting, or private email use is not allowed to maintain professional boundaries.

  • Do you offer any discounts for families?

    Yes. A 10% sibling discount is automatically applied to the second (and any additional) child enrolled. The discount is built into the lesson pricing.
